Shipping
It takes from 2-4 weeks from the time your package is shipped, for delivery to your address (if you are non- uk) Please keep this in mind before you purchase your item.
Your order will be ready to ship in 1-3 business days after payment.
In some countries buyers have to pay extra taxes to receive items. I am not responsible for these taxes.
If for some reason your package is returned to me because it was unclaimed or I was given the wrong address, I can either re-send the package (for an additional shipping fee) or give you a refund (minus shipping fees) - Refund not available with custom items.
Please make sure to enter your correct shipping address for purchases. If the etsy and the paypal address is different, I will first contact you to find out the correct one. If I don't get an answer after 3 days, I will ship to the paypal address.

Please contact me via convo if you like an item custom made for you.
Please do not purchase an item and then ask me to customise it after you purchase it, custom items cost more than my usual items, so this is a faff asking for extra monies.
If you would like a custom order, please message me with the details of your order.
For metal stamping:
- What you would like written on the item
- If you would like any designs on the item
- The general layout of the item (text centered top, middle or bottom
- Colour of ribbon (if applicable)
- Any other questions you think are relevant.
From this I can figure out the cost of the item, and turn around time and get back to you.
If you agree to my price (usually £11 - £15 depending on amount of text and designs) I will make up your item for you and then create a custom listing. Once this is done i will message you via convo the link to your listing. This way you can see your item before you purchase it.
